This week all my comics will have a pink element in the color editing to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness month. Marti, over at Just Outside the Box, is my inspiration for the idea. There are several other cartoonists doing the same of course.
This comic portrait was drawn with a Fine Point Sharpie and a Chisel Tip Sharpie & colored and edited in PhotoShop Elements.
Our Process 
One of my friends died of breast cancer this week. It is a horrible disease.
My absolute condolences, I am sorry for your loss. It is a horrible disease and scars horribly even those who survive.
